ii) 75 % For Resale

Guarantors : Minimum two acceptable to Bank.

Interest Rates : 8.75% and For Gala Purchase 9.75 %

Loan Limit : Up to 40 lacs for gaonvthan area and 75 lacs for city area

Repayment Period : 20 Years maximum.
